Rivet is an early-stage, venture-backed SaaS startup building sophisticated software for healthcare providers to make the U.S. healthcare system more transparent via a reimagined payer intelligence and patient billing infrastructure. We are located in the beautiful Salt Lake Valley of Utah.


About This Position


  • The primary medium through which you'll communicate with customers is in-app chat (ie: Intercom), but occasionally through phone, web meeting, etc forums as well

Responsibilities


  • Take point on responding to our customers via in-app chat on business days (~7am - 3pm most important timing of the day)
  • Learn the ins and outs of the product as well as anyone at Rivet
  • Thoroughly report bugs/issues customers have with Rivet in the right forum
  • Keep customers and internal team up to speed on relevant items
  • Provide truly exceptional, relatable customer service
  • Identify and prioritize customer and team deliverables
  • Establish needed workflows to automate as much as possible
  • Speedily complete to-do lists of various tasks

  • Have worked in a medical clinic or have familiarity with healthcare billing
  • Technical undergraduate degree or Quality Assurance-relevant experience
